"Over a decade ago I kept witnessing the same pattern - high-potential leaders experiencing powerful breakthroughs, only to see them fade almost immediately. These were accomplished, capable professionals. So the question became clear: what was overriding their best intentions?
The answer lay in unconscious, structural patterns within the brain that quietly override even our most conscious commitments. That insight led me to develop SAFE SHIFT© - a trademark applied neuroscience methodology designed to create fast-acting insight and durable behavioural change.
I have spent over a decade applying neuroscience to executive coaching and leadership development, preceded by 22 years in corporate HR with FTSE 500 organisations. I am a Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index, an IPEC-ICF accredited coach, ICF PCC, and a graduate of the MIT Sloan Executive Education Neuroscience for Business programme.

The program includes 16 hours of instruction, delivered over 3 months Is the course accredited? Yes, the program is CPD accredited, and you will receive a certification upon successful completion based on attendance and completion of self paced work. How will I access the course materials? All course materials, including recordings and resources, will be available online. Is this course about neurodiversity? No, Neurodiversity is the study of who different people think-feel-act. It includes subjects such as neurotypical, ADHD and autism. This is also a fast evolving subject. Neuroscience offers the foundational understanding of how the brain works and can be used as a platform to explore customised experiences and solutions for anyone.
What is the difference between workshop, application session and integration sessions? - Workshop: Learning-focused, trainer-led, structured interactive learning, content heavy - Application Session: Action-focused, applying skills with guidance, outcome-driven, learners prep in advance and use space for Q&As/ practice -Integration sessions : Reflection-focused, Moderated by facilitator but participant-driven to maximise collective learning. How well do leaders respond to this language/ concepts? Our lived experience has shown, the brain is keen to know how to survive. There is a deep seated interest. Moreover, leaders are intelligent and they want evidence based information - this is data they can work with. Is there any additional study time required ? Yes, we estimate 6 hours additional over the course of the programme for activities and self paced studies. More time maybe needed for some who wish to put in time for extra revision / practice . Are sessions recorded? No. This is a safe space being created and recording will breach this objective. What if I miss an application session?
