Future-Fit Workplace

Building organisations where people and performance thrive.
Most people strategies are well-intentioned. But engagement is falling, burnout is rising, and fears around emerging tech is spiralling - because the human brain is still being left out of the equation. We help people professionals understand how the brain works so they can build workplaces that work with human biology, not against it.
70%
of successful AI depends on people,
processes and culture; not technology. BCG
26%
of leaders create psychological safety - teams with it are 4.6x more innovative. McKinsey
69%
of HR leaders say leaders and managers are not equipped to lead change. Gartner 2024
41%
of employees worldwide feel significant stress every day. Gallup 2023

What we see in organisations
Over decades of working with organisations and their people professionals, the same patterns emerge, regardless of sector, size, or geography.

-
Wellbeing programmes address symptoms rather than the root causes driving burnout and depletion. The stats show an alarming rise and the forecast looks bleak.
-
Change initiatives fail not because of poor strategy, but because the brain's response to uncertainty and disruption is overlooked. Today's threat is AI/ tech, what will it be next decade?
-
Psychological safety is treated as a initiative rather than a neurological condition that requires specific conditions to exist in leadership behaviours, decision making processes and cultural norms.
-
The employee life cycle is designed for process efficiency rather than human experience. The result is not everyone's diversity is nurtured or maximised.
-
HR and people professionals carry the weight of the people agenda with limited tools to address root causes, or respond to challenges that are unprecedented and unknown.
These are not soft problems. They are strategic ones, with measurable impact on performance, retention, and organisational resilience. Future-Fit Workplace addresses them directly.

What we address
Fear-based and anxious cultures.
Where people self-censor, avoid difficult conversations, and disengage quietly rather than speak up, challenge, or take risks. The cost is invisible until it isn't.
Burnout and depletion. Where relentless pace, cognitive overload, and the absence of recovery erode energy, judgement, and performance, often long before anyone names it as a problem.
Disconnected employee experience.
Where onboarding feels transactional, performance conversations feel threatening, and transitions feel unsupported.
Change that doesn't stick. Where AI adoption stalls, technology goes underused, and change is quietly resisted, eroding advantage, draining budgets, and exhausting people.

What your organisation will experience
When people professionals bring ANM™ into their organisations, whether through a single session or a longer programme, the shifts are observable, not just reported.
-
A shared language for human behaviour under pressure, across leadership, HR, and teams, that makes difficult conversations easier and more productive
-
Psychological safety that is built deliberately rather than hoped for, with measurable improvement in how people speak up, challenge, and contribute
-
Change initiatives that achieve higher adoption because they are designed around how people actually respond, not how organisations assume they will
-
Wellbeing strategies that address root causes rather than managing symptoms, reducing burnout and its hidden cost to performance and retention
-
Leaders and managers who understand what is happening in their teams at a neural level, and have the tools to respond more effectively
-
HR and people functions that are better equipped and more strategically positioned, able to influence at the level the organisation needs

My training programmes are now more thoughtful and aligned to ensuring people learn and remember, so they can create new habits.

Why us

We understand the people agenda from the inside. Reena Dayal spent 22 years as an HR professional with FTSE 500 organisations before founding The Collaborators UK. She has sat in the rooms where people strategy is made, led teams through restructures and cultural change, and experienced firsthand what stops good people strategies from delivering. The ANM™ methodology was built with that lived experience at its core, not as an academic exercise, but as a practitioner's response to what organisations actually need.

A decade of applied practice. Over ten years of learning, experimenting, and applying these concepts with consistent, measurable results across sectors and contexts. ANM™ is not a theoretical framework. It is a methodology that has been tested, refined, and validated through real-world application with leaders, teams, and organisations navigating genuine complexity.

Credible sources. Neuroscience is a rapidly evolving field, and one where misinformation is common. ANM™ draws from credible institutions including MIT Sloan, the NeuroLeadership Institute, and IPEC. For HR and people professionals who will be making the case internally for this kind of investment, that rigour matters.
