About Us
Founder
Reena Dayal is an executive neuroscience coach and founder of The Collaborators UK, helping leaders and organisations navigate pressure, complexity and transformation through applied neuroscience.
Combining two decades of global HR leadership experience with advanced neuroscience training, her work focuses on leadership, culture, behavioural change and human performance in fast-changing environments.

Reena is an ICF PCC coach, Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index, Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, and graduate of the MIT Sloan Executive Education programme in Neuroscience for Business.
Her work spans leadership teams, organisations navigating transformation, business students and youth changemakers, with clients including global corporates, educational institutions and mission-led organisations.

Why it matters?
Over years of leading teams through restructures, cultural transformation and high-pressure environments, Reena observed that capability was rarely the issue. Under pressure, people often lost access to clarity, perspective, creativity and relational intelligence.
This led her to specialise in applied neuroscience to better understand how people think, feel, behave and adapt under pressure - and why traditional leadership approaches do not always create sustained behavioural change.
That work became the foundation for SAFE SHIFT™, a proprietary framework at the core of the Applied Neuroscience Methodology™ (ANM™).

Our methodology

The Applied Neuroscience Methodology™ (ANM) is a trademarked, CPD-accredited framework that applies the science of how the brain thinks, feels, and behaves to leadership development, workplace culture, coaching practice, and human performance.

Built on a decade of applied practice and drawing from credible institutions including MIT Sloan, the NeuroLeadership Institute, and IPEC - ANM goes beyond frameworks and competency models to address the brain mechanisms that actually drive behaviour, decision-making, and performance under pressure.

The result is change that is not just understood - but felt, practised, and sustained.

One methodology. Multiple applications. Lasting impact.

Our values guide us
ADVENTURE
We explore beyond what we already know - approaching life and work with curiosity, courage, and appetite to enjoy the journey.
WISDOM
We draw from ancient wisdom, modern science and decades of hard-won practitioner insights. We teach what we have tested.
COMMUNITY
We learn together, challenge each other, and believe collective intelligence creates something greater than any one of us could alone.
IMPACT
We measure success by what actually shifts in the room, in the organisation, and in the people we work with. Sustainable, observable, real.
The ANM™ Alumni

A growing community of certified ANM™ Practitioners - coaches, facilitators, leadership consultants, transformation practitioners, and HR professionals united by a shared methodology and a common belief: that when you understand how the brain operates, you can create change that lasts.

We meet regularly - sharing practice, exploring new applications of ANM™, and deepening our collective understanding of what it means to work with human biology rather than against it. It is a community built on rigour, curiosity, and the kind of honest peer learning that makes each of us better at what we do.
