FUTURE-FIt WORKPLACES

Building organisations where people and performance thrive.

Most people strategies are well-intentioned. But engagement is falling, burnout is rising, and change keeps failing - because the human brain is still being left out of the equation. We help people professionals build workplaces that work with human biology, not against it.

What we see in organisations

Over decades of working with organisations and their people professionals, the same patterns emerge, regardless of sector, size, or geography.

  • Wellbeing programmes address symptoms rather than the root causes driving burnout and depletion

  • Change initiatives fail not because of poor strategy, but because the brain's response to uncertainty and disruption is overlooked

  • Psychological safety is treated as a culture initiative rather than a neurological condition that requires specific conditions to exist

  • The employee life cycle is designed for process efficiency rather than human experience

  • HR and people professionals carry the weight of the people agenda with limited tools to address root causes

These are not soft problems. They are strategic ones, with measurable impact on performance, retention, and organisational resilience. Future-Fit Workplace addresses them directly.

We have not designed organisations to get the best out of our brains - not yet, but we are learning.

What your organisation will experience

When people professionals bring ANM into their organisations, whether through a single session or a longer programme,  the shifts are observable, not just reported.

  • A shared language for human behaviour under pressure, across leadership, HR, and teams, that makes difficult conversations easier and more productive

  • Psychological safety that is built deliberately rather than hoped for, with measurable improvement in how people speak up, challenge, and contribute

  • Change initiatives that achieve higher adoption because they are designed around how people actually respond,  not how organisations assume they will

  • Wellbeing strategies that address root causes rather than managing symptoms,  reducing burnout and its hidden cost to performance and retention

  • Leaders and managers who understand what is happening in their teams at a deeper level,  and have the tools to respond more effectively

  • HR and people functions that are better equipped and more strategically positioned,  able to influence at the level the organisation needs

Why us?

We understand the people agenda from the inside.

Reena Dayal spent 22 years as an HR professional with FTSE 500 organisations before founding The Collaborators UK. She has sat in the rooms where people strategy is made, led teams through restructures and cultural change, and experienced firsthand what stops good people strategies from delivering.

The ANM methodology was built with that lived experience at its core, not as an academic exercise, but as a practitioner's response to what organisations actually need.
