Book recommendation: Yoga for you
Why I recommend this book?
'A great mini bible for those in the first years of practising yoga' says The Times. I agree. For those who are beginners or wish to revisit the foundations of yoga with an easy to follow guide with pictures approach then this is a good book to refer to. This combined with yoga videos would be great as you can read the nuances of each yoga posture at leisure and then follow the images along with videos you might have access to. Tara Fraser has done a great job with this book. Worth a check for sure.
